Stop Anxiety Permanently.

March 9, 2019

Anxiety can creep up on us in many different guises.  It often can be caused by direct stress due to an upcoming event or hurdle coming up in the future.  It's when that event or period in your life passes and the anxiety is still there it becomes a major problem.

Anxiety can take the form of any of the following -

  • dizziness

  • tiredness

  • a noticeably strong, fast or irregular heartbeat (palpitations)

  • muscle aches and tension

  • trembling or shaking

  • dry mouth

  • excessive sweating

  • shortness of breath

  • stomach ache

  • feeling sick

  • headache

  • pins and needles

  • difficulty falling or staying asleep (insomnia)

  • panic attacks

It can be overwhelming and terrifying and more often than not can seem to come from nowhere.

One thing I constantly remind my clients is that they were not born with these anxious symptoms, something has happened in life to create this reaction.

And the the first thing I do with a client (after guiding them into a relaxed, hypnotic state) who suffers anxiety is to ask their brilliant mind the route, reason and cause of why this is hapenning.  Our minds really are amazing and they always know exactly why, where and when the anxiety has started.

By getting to the route I can then help the client release any blockages and calm the emotions that are attached to the memories of the source.

This process is quick, effective and provides permanent results allowing our thinking and feelings to return to their original coding.  Freeing them from the constraints of the anxiety they have suffered for so long.

And this is what a couple of my clients have to say..........

"So, it's been a year since I came to see you for hypnotherapy and I thought I'd give you a wee update...
I came to see you about my anxiety over illness (in particular the sickness bug). These have reduced greatly (they were having a profound impact on my daily life, which they no longer do). Around a month ago a tummy bug swept through our house (the first since I'd had the hypnotherapy), and as horrible as it was, I felt afterwards that my fear of it was greater than the reality of it - I felt so so relieved.
As soon as anyone meets you Lynsay, then they'll be delighted to have found you - as I am 😊
Anyway, it was just a quick message to thank you so much."

"I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the amazing work you do. I have to admit I was sceptical beforehand and coming to see you was really last chance saloon! But I thought - what do I have to lose!
You have transformed my life, my relationships, my happiness in just that one session. You have turned my life around.
My only regret is that I didn't contact you earlier.
Thank you, thank you, thank you."
